Get a $200 discount, a free Hyperice Hypervolt GO AND a free Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor (collectively, the “Gift”) when you purchase an Ergatta rower.
ELIGIBILITY: This discount and complimentary gift with purchase promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase of a new Ergatta rowing machine. By participating in the Promotion as described in these terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”), you represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age at the time of purchase and otherwise fully agree and comply with these Promotion Terms. Gifts are provided on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Each household is limited to one Gift. The Promotion is open to first time customers of Ergatta only. Purchases of upgrade kits or other products are not eligible.
HOW TO CLAIM THE GIFT: To claim the Gift, you must purchase a rowing machine and apply a valid discount code provided by Ergatta at checkout prior to November 30, 2022. Gifts will be shipped separately from your rower, with expected delivery 2-4 weeks after an eligible order is placed. The discount will be applied at checkout.
OTHER RULES: This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. You agree to assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or by the use or misuse of the Gift, and to hold harmless from and defend Ergatta against any claims in connection with the Promotion and Gift. If you return the rowing machine, you must also return the Gift, by tendering the Gift in its original condition and packaging to the carrier who picks up the rowing machine at the time of return. Ergatta may suspend, cancel, or modify the Promotion for any reason at its own discretion. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and may not be redeemed for cash.
